From your tech pack to the carton
Eight steps, and nothing starts until the one before it is signed off. The slow part is always sample approval — everything after it runs to a schedule.
We start by gathering detailed information about the client’s requirements through meetings, tech packs, or physical samples provided by the client.
Based on the client’s specifications, our design team creates designs tailored to their needs.
Samples are meticulously developed to reflect the desired design and specifications.
Clients review and approve the samples before we proceed to the next step.
Once approval is received, we finalise the quantity and other details required for production.
A proforma invoice is issued to confirm the order and the payment terms.
Production begins, adhering to quality and environmental standards to deliver products that meet client expectations.
The final products are carefully packed and shipped according to the client’s delivery requirements or arrangements.
Shipping and documentation
Mode
Sea freight for bulk where the delivery date allows it, air for sampling and for orders running against a cut date.
Carton marking
Cartons are marked to the buyer’s specification and every one passes the needle detector before it is sealed.
Paperwork
Export documentation is prepared in-house at the head office, alongside the test reports and certificates the shipment needs.

Artwork, the ligne size, the finish and the fabric weight are enough to start. Samples take about six working days from approved artwork; if you are not sure what to specify, say what the garment is and we will come back with options.
